If Fliego is not right for you, message us within 7 days of your first class and we refund your first month (₹14,999) in full. No forms, no awkward questions.

How it works

• Time limit: 7 days, counted from the date of your first live class (not the date you paid). For example, if your first class is on a Monday, message us by the following Monday.
• Amount: everything you paid for your first month (₹14,999).
• How to ask: a WhatsApp message or an email to hello@fliego.in is enough.
• Where it goes: back to your original payment method (the UPI ID or bank account you paid from).
• When: within [X] working days of your message.

After the first month

You pay one month at a time. The money-back guarantee covers the first month only. [Refunds and cancellation after the first month: confirm the policy before launch.]

What we don't charge for

The free demo and level check cost nothing. Official exam fees are paid by you directly to the Goethe-Institut or telc, so any refund of those follows their own rules.
